As Ramadan approaches, we invite you to pause, reflect, and prepare with intention. This Ramadan Readiness Workshop is designed to help you enter the month feeling grounded, supported, and spiritually aligned rather than rushed or overwhelmed.
Together, we’ll explore what makes Ramadan truly special and how to approach it in a way that is sustainable, compassionate, and rooted in community. This is not about perfection it’s about clarity, pacing, and presence.

Setting realistic goals and redefining what “success” in Ramadan looks like
Creating a personal Ramadan schedule that balances home, work, fitness, and worship
The role of community: finding it, building it, and leaning into it
Mental health during Ramadan: pacing, rest, and self-compassion
Practical suhoor ideas to support energy and focus throughout the day
