This summer intensive course will take participants into the deep ocean of the spirituality of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ through contemplating three narrations from a collection of forty prophetic traditions distinguished by their focus on the spiritual journey of awakening to the Absolute Grandeur and Magnificence of God, as explained by Shaykh Salih al-Ja'fari, one of the most celebrated scholars, spiritual guides, and Imams of al-Azhar University-Mosque in the twentieth century. In an age in which people are increasingly searching for spiritual meaning, but are confused by opposing trends and controversies, Shaykh Salih's erudition, compassion, and insight help guide, inspire, and reassure the modern seeker.
